<Booking & Rescheduling> Availability: You can book your session up to 2 weeks in advance, but no less than 24 hours before the start time. One-Time Session: This personalized session can only be taken once per person. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Your payment will be transferred to the new booking. <Cancellations & Refunds> Cancellations: If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the fee is non-refundable. No-Show Policy: To maintain fairness to all clients, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen.
